The pond as of September
2004. |

Natural habitat for the smaller
fish in the pond. several nearby trees were felled
to make this area. It was amazing how fast the
algae took over the structure. The fish love it
(so do the local frogs). |

A paddle aerator runs most of the time. turned off only for feeding. |

The pond can be used for long term mussel storage or for experements. |
